Back in the 90s, I dislocated my shoulder in a motorcycle accident. It never healed properly and throughout the years the pain just got worse and worse and it would come out of joint all the time. All the doctors I talked to said my only option was surgery. I didn’t have good health insurance so I just couldn’t afford that. I was in pain to the point where it was affecting my work. In 2016 I met Seth. I explained to him over the phone what my situation was. I started exercising with him the following week he took the time and started slow even checking with me the day after our workouts to see how I was doing I started feeling better within two months. The pain was gone in my shoulders and I was gaining muscle. I could now lift things over my head, and it hasn’t dislocated again since 6 months after we started working out. Long story short that was almost 10 years ago and I look forward to every workout with him. I’ve learned so much!

My holistic approach to health, fitness and weight loss encompasses nutrition and lifestyle along with maximizing the efficiency of your time spent exercising.

My system uses a variety of modalities—such as HIIT, plyometrics, free weights, yoga, massage and flexibility— to sculpt, tone, and create lean muscle mass while preventing injuries.

Along with workouts I will teach you how to use nutrition to regulate your metabolism so that your body burns the food you eat rather than storing it as fat!

Sport-Specific Training

For competitive athletes in high school, college or even youth sports, I can give you that competitive edge to help you reach your goals, whether you are looking to earn a scholarship, a starting position or just make the team. With your input, I’ll build a customized, periodized program designed to not only get you ready for your season, but also to allow you to PEAK at the optimal time during your season.
