I am a great motivator and listener, and while I try to challenge all my clients, I also understand that everyone works at a different level, and so I tailor every workout around the abilities and goals of each individual athlete I work with (yes, YOU ARE an athlete!)
My training style is very fast paced and my clients consistently tell me how amazed they are how time flies during our workouts. I design it to be like that on purpose, because no one likes a boring workout! Rather than forcing people to do long, tedious cardio sessions I break up the cardio into short bursts, constantly keeping things moving along while simultaneously keeping the heart rate up throughout the entire workout. besides being fun, it also happens to be the most efficient method of training.
