I have been training with Seth for 9 years now. During this time I have had both a neck fusion and a life threatening chronic illness. I was able to work out through all of this, even 18 months with a PICC line, because Seth altered and adjusted my workouts to fit how sick I was. He was compassionate, conscientious and careful with me during the worst time I could’ve imagined. Slowly I was guided back from a very weak spot and today I am in the best shape of my life at 47. I honestly believe I wouldn’t have made it through my illness had I not been training with Seth prior and during. I can’t say enough about him as a first rate trainer.

When I started working out here I thought I was just going to have a trainer for the summer, but five years later I am still going twice per week. I love the private gym and the accountability.
